Do you want to read about my obscure academic and professional accomplishments? I didn't think so. Instead of telling you about all those things, I will introduce who I am as a person. I am, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus Christ. I am a widower and father of 4 beautiful children. I am an attorney. I have a heart for service and I am carrying that out in my profession by practicing Missional Lawyering.
I played rugby for a decade and even played a season of rugby overseas in Cape Town, South Africa. I used to coach youth rugby and hope to one day get involved in coaching again. Nowadays, you can find me hanging out with my children on Saturday mornings instead of hanging out at the rugby pitch.
I have lived in Wilmington, North Carolina three times in my life. However, I grew up in Houston, Texas. My favorite thing about living on the coast is the ability to go for a walk on the beach at dusk and to be home in time to put the kids to bed.
It is the ability to help people resolve their legal matters that motivates me to practice law. I practice servant leadership and hope to build community with those I come into contact with. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you!
